No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:

• Design Errors & Typos: If a business card contains spelling mistakes, incorrect phone numbers, or any other design-related errors after the proof has been approved, we are not responsible for reprinting or issuing a refund.

• Customer-Provided Designs: We do not offer refunds or accept returns for business cards that were not designed by our team. This includes issues related to color, font discrepancies, or design accuracy.

• Print Alignment & Quality: For designs created by OrderBizCards, we ensure alignment with the necessary printing criteria. However, we do not provide warranties on print quality, colors, or fonts for designs submitted by customers.

Our Commitment to Quality

For designs created by OrderBizCards, we ensure that they meet high-quality printing standards and are properly aligned for print accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee the final output of externally designed files.

Final Approval Process

Before printing, customers are required to review and approve a digital proof. Once approved, OrderBizCards is not liable for any design-related issues.
